Terms of Use

By downloading Feelix, creating an account, or publishing a gift site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Feelix.

The Feelix iOS app is a Licensed Application distributed through the App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA conflict for the iOS app, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for that Licensed Application.

Feelix is an iPhone app that helps you build a personal video gift website: a welcome video plus category shelves of messages from friends, family, or colleagues. You publish it to a unique link such as name.feelix.us. Recipients open that link in a browser. No app is required to watch.

You can assemble the gift in the app before you create an account. Publishing and keeping a live site requires a Feelix Pro subscription.

To publish, you sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Feelix projects are tied to that account and may not be sold or transferred without our written consent.

Feelix Pro is a yearly auto-renewing subscription sold as an Apple In-App Purchase. The current price is about $49.99 USD per year; Apple shows the exact local price in the app at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. We use RevenueCat only to confirm whether the subscription is active. Feelix is not the payment processor — Apple is.

The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies, not by Feelix directly.

You keep the rights to the videos and images you upload. You grant Feelix a license to store, encode, and display that content so we can host your gift site and operate the service.

You must have permission to use everything you upload, including music, clips, and the likeness of people who appear in your videos.

Do not upload, publish, or share content that is illegal, pornographic, hateful, harassing, violent, or that promotes self-harm; that infringes copyright; or that reveals someone else’s private information without permission. We may remove content or suspend an account that violates these rules.

Feelix is licensed for personal or private gift use. You may not resell the app, sublicense it, or offer Feelix-generated sites as a paid service for others without our written permission.

A published site is available to anyone with the link. You choose who to share it with. Feelix is not responsible for how recipients react to the videos you include.

Updates to an already-published site remain available while your Feelix Pro subscription is active. If the subscription ends, we may stop hosting the live site.

Feelix is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for user-generated videos, for emotional or reputational effects of a gift, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law, including rights you may have under Apple’s Standard EULA.

You may delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access and delete hosted content if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
