How to build a Feelix

Build your gift entirely in the iOS app — from naming the site to sharing the surprise link.

Step 1

Set up your gift

Name your gift, write a short description, and choose a subdomain — that's the link you'll share, like sarah.feelix.us. You can start building right away; no account is needed yet.

Step 2

Add your welcome video

This is the video on the homepage. Add a cover image, upload the video, and optionally set a background image. Make it warm, fun, or emotional — it sets the tone for the whole experience.

Step 3

Set up categories

Organize messages into shelves like Family, Friends, and Colleagues. You can rename defaults or add your own — up to five categories total. Only categories with videos appear on the published site.

Step 4

Add your videos

Upload as many video messages as you like. For each one, add a title, description, tags, cover image, and assign it to a category. Friends can send clips in any format; you add them from your photo library.

Step 5

Preview and publish

Use the Preview tab to see exactly what your recipient will experience. When you're ready, sign in and subscribe to Feelix Pro to publish — you'll get a live link to copy and share. Updates to a published site are free while your subscription is active.
